Logistics Operations Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Operations Specialist will oversee road transport and warehouse activities, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, solving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate road transport and warehouse activities.
• Coordinate the operational team, allocating work and setting priorities.
• Monitor timeliness and quality of service delivery.
• Track KPIs, costs and productivity.
• Resolve operational issues, complaints and deviations.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Propose and implement improvements to operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, internal procedures and safety standards.
• Introduce and train employees on new processes.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of work experience in logistics, transport or warehousing.
• Minimum a VI‑level education in logistics, economics, organisation or a related field.
• Good knowledge of transport and warehouse processes.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical abilities.
• Independence, responsibility and a problem‑solving orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient English language skills.
