Head of Production Supply Chain Management

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Production Supply Chain Management to ensure the smooth operation of production supply and align market demand with production capabilities at our new site in Brnik. You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement and contribute to operational excellence in a fast‑growing pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and effectively manage human, material and other resources for production supply.
• Plan, coordinate and optimise production supply and procurement activities to ensure timely market supply.
• Monitor demand and orders, aligning production priorities with market needs and business objectives.
• Manage inventory levels, material flows and production capacity to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and implement changes related to products, packaging, procedures and processes while driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal procedures, Sandoz standards and quality requirements.
• Ensure business continuity and promote a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace.
• Lead, develop and mentor team members, fostering their professional and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in production supply management and procurement.
• Proficiency in English.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven and proactive with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and capable of making sound decisions.

• Annual gross salary ranging from €90,880 to €136,320.
