Senior Business Analyst Supply Execution & Inventory Management

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst Supply Execution & Inventory Management, you will support the EMEA Supply Execution & Inventory organization in improving processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and proactively managing inventory-related risks. You will work closely with the Manager Supply Execution & Inventory EMEA and team managers to turn complex business topics into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex and non‑recurring business topics, translate findings into clear recommendations and actionable proposals.
• Partner with the Manager Supply Execution & Inventory EMEA to prepare management meetings, presentations, and own assigned projects.
• Drive automation, simplification and streamlining of processes within Supply Execution & Inventory and across functions.
• Support the Inventory Management team in early identification and proactive prevention of non‑productive inventory.
• Collaborate with team managers to identify improvement opportunities, align priorities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain and improve the team’s knowledge database and documentation in SharePoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in supply management, supply chain or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using advanced analytical tools.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset focused on automation, process efficiency and value creation.
• Proactive, reliable and ownership‑driven approach with ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
