About the role

ETC Adriatic is expanding its team and seeks a junior professional who is enthusiastic about both sales and event organization. This position goes beyond desk work, involving direct client interaction, proposal preparation, and the sale of team‑building programmes, picnics, and corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and build relationships.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals for sales opportunities.
• Sell team‑building programmes, picnics, and corporate events to B2B customers.
• Participate in the planning, coordination, and delivery of events.
• Support the execution of events on site, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Reliability and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Motivation to develop sales and event‑management expertise.
• Previous experience is welcome but not mandatory.
