Head of Project Management – Europe

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Project Management to lead our European operations. You will oversee a team of Project Managers and Professional Services Specialists, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into functional priorities, team objectives, resource plans and measurable KPIs.
• Plan and manage bid projects from tender compliance through hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Ensure contractual commitments are met regarding scope, timeline, budget, quality and profitability.
• Lead the customer service department, monitor SLAs and align expectations with technical capacity.
• Manage partnership agreements and external components that complement solutions.
• Maintain lessons learned, reusable content, reference projects and tender documentation.
• Monitor and optimise organisational costs and manage the delivery & services portfolio.
• Identify and drive opportunities for further business growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a technical field or natural science.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role and at least 8 years overall project‑management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale projects in communications, electronics, technical industries or utilities/energy distribution.
• Strong team‑management abilities and comfort working in an international, multicultural environment.
