Head of Creative Operations
Vision Healthcare · Ljubljana
Job description
About the role
Vision Healthcare, a pan-European digital-first omnichannel group, runs a centralised in-house creative agency supporting its consumer healthcare and wellness brands. It is looking for a Head of Creative Operations to run the agency reliably, efficiently and at scale, connecting people, priorities and processes across a large international team. The role is hands-on: managing incoming requests, balancing capacity, setting priorities and unblocking teams, and it is based at the office in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily traffic management across creative teams: intake, prioritisation, resourcing, timelines, dependencies and delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify briefs, agree priorities and set realistic expectations.
- Lead project management for larger, cross-functional initiatives, coordinating scope, timelines, resources and delivery.
- Support local team leads in the Netherlands, Slovenia, Germany and Sweden and help build a culture of trust and accountability.
- Improve workflows, tools and reporting, and use workload and delivery data to spot bottlenecks.
- Plan team capacity and recruitment, and build a network of freelancers and creative partners.
- Manage supplier and freelance relationships, contracts and budgets.
- Explore how AI and new technologies can improve creative work.
Required profile
- Experience leading a team and running operations in a creative, content or marketing environment.
- Track record of managing high-volume creative work across multiple brands, markets or stakeholders.
- Advanced experience with Asana or a comparable project management platform, including workflows, automations, reporting and capacity visibility.
- Experience in a D2C business, ideally multi-brand.
- Strong judgement on competing priorities and clear communication of trade-offs.
- A people-minded leadership style, supporting others and building trust.
What we offer
- Full-time permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
- Professional development opportunities and a hybrid working arrangement.
- International, collaborative work environment and a positive workplace culture with team events and wellbeing perks.
- Modern office with kitchen, table football and massage chair.
Relocation assistance is not available; applicants should already be based locally or be able to relocate independently.
