Global Licensing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Licensing Specialist to support and manage licensing and sales relationships on a global scale. You will work closely with partners, internal teams and the marketing department to develop new licensing opportunities, drive revenue and ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of new licensing relationships and manage existing client accounts.
• Research customer needs, propose solutions and co‑create marketing and promotional activities.
• Measure, track and analyse key account metrics; prepare reports for management.
• Collect client feedback and coordinate improvements with relevant departments.
• Prepare pitches, manage promotional and sales materials, and provide operational support to the business development team.
• Coordinate partner promotional activities and liaise between partners and internal marketing.
• Handle implementation and administration of the Amazon e‑commerce strategy and flagship store.
• Operate internal licensing management tools, perform first‑level product approvals and maintain asset libraries.
• Collaborate with design, legal, content, localisation and communications teams on licensing‑related operations.
• Draft, review and manage licensing agreements from creation to signing.
