Forward Deployed Engineer (Sales / Customer Service)

About the role

As a Forward Deployed AI Solution Engineer you will partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to turn AI, automation and digital technologies into practical, high‑impact solutions. You will lead the digital transformation for the commercial domain, driving adoption of innovative tools that improve productivity, decision‑making and employee and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the AI and Digital Transformation lead for Sales or Customer Service, championing new ways of working.
• Identify and deliver opportunities that reduce manual effort, simplify processes and increase productivity.
• Inspire stakeholders by demonstrating AI possibilities and moving projects from experimentation to measurable business value.
• Evaluate impact through adoption metrics, efficiency gains and user feedback.
• Capture best practices and reusable solution patterns to accelerate AI adoption across commercial functions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer excellence, project management, solution engineering or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate problems into AI‑enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes such as sales operations, customer support, pricing, quotations, CRM or product data management.
• Analytical mindset, excellent English communication and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
