EUC L1 Technician – Onsite Vehicle Diagnostic Kit Installation

About the role

Techwelt is seeking an EUC L1 Technician to perform a one‑time on‑site installation of a vehicle diagnosing kit at Toyota Adria d.o.o. in Ljubljana. The role involves direct interaction with the end user, ensuring the equipment is correctly installed and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Install the vehicle diagnosing kit at the customer location.
• Conduct basic IT hardware and connectivity checks.
• Verify proper operation of the installed equipment.
• Follow detailed installation instructions provided by the client.
• Coordinate the appointment with the end user and schedule the visit.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues if they arise.
• Confirm successful completion of the assignment and document the outcome.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EUC, L1 IT support, desktop support, or field services.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and manage appointment scheduling.
• Availability for a one‑time assignment in Ljubljana.
