Tech Lead – Platform Engineering

About the role

Help us build the platform behind the games and enable the squad to deliver its best work. MYNT is our new supplier platform that connects games, operators and surrounding services. We are looking for a Tech Lead who enjoys solving real engineering problems in distributed, production‑critical systems while guiding the team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and solution direction, turning product needs into architecture‑aligned solutions.
• Stay hands‑on, contribute code where it adds most value, and create clarity around options, trade‑offs and risks.
• Own technical quality and production behaviour of squad‑delivered solutions, promoting sound engineering practices.
• Mentor engineers, share knowledge and build squad capability through technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, architects and neighbouring squads to align cross‑team solutions and communicate decisions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years in a hands‑on technical leadership role such as Tech Lead or Lead Developer.
• Ability to guide engineers, drive technical decisions and improve team outcomes while remaining hands‑on.
• Strong professional experience building backend systems using object‑oriented languages, preferably C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Hands‑on experience with Entity Framework / EF Core and relational database design.
• Fluent English communication skills.
