D365 Finance & Operations Specialist (ERP Specialist)

About the role

Infobip is looking for an ERP specialist to join its ERP team and help shape the business applications landscape. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the Microsoft Power Platform to improve business processes, deliver automation and support digital transformation across a global organization operating in 100+ companies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, model and improve business processes
• Gather requirements and design solutions in D365 Finance & Operations
• Drive automation, integration and digitalisation initiatives using Microsoft technologies
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve operational challenges
• Support ERP operations and continuous improvement activities
• Deliver user training and day-to-day functional support
• Collaborate on reporting, data quality and business visibility initiatives

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with D365 Finance & Operations, AX 2012 or another enterprise ERP solution
• Strong business analysis and process modelling skills
• Ability to turn business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Understanding of one or more business domains such as P2P, O2C, R2R or inventory and warehouse management
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proactive, self-driven and comfortable in a fast-changing international environment

• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO)
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
• Power BI and analytics
• Understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Familiarity with the D365FO data model and integrations (a plus)
