Customer Support Intern

About the role

BMW Slovenia offers a 12-month student internship (160 hours per month) starting in November 2026, recruited through the student referral partner Trenkwalder. The internship covers customer support, supplier coordination, marketing and aftersales support, and invoicing. It suits students who enjoy working in an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and provide customer support business-related reports
• Coordinate daily communication and goods delivery with internal and external suppliers
• Support marketing topics, including translating and checking website content and campaign materials
• Support aftersales topics such as parts and logistics
• Handle invoicing and support the BMW dealer network

Required profile

• Ongoing studies
• Slovenian as first language, fluent in English
• Driving licence category B
• Passion for BMW Group brands and products
• Accurate, independent and structured working attitude; proactive and flexible hands-on approach
• Granular attention to detail

Required skills

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
