Controlling Specialist

About the role

HIT d.d. Nova Gorica is looking for a Controlling Specialist (m/f) to join its team in Nova Gorica. The role covers business planning, analysis, control and reporting, including the preparation of plans and reports for internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Implement business planning, analysis, control and reporting processes
• Coordinate the work involved in developing plans
• Develop and prepare plans and reports for internal and external users of information
• Control, monitor and maintain the database and reporting system

Required profile

• Level VII degree in economics or a related field
• Active knowledge of Italian and English
• Knowledge of finance and accounting
• Strong organizational and communication skills, effective task management and analytical abilities

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Business planning, analysis, control and reporting
