Senior Consultant - Global Employer Services (GES)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Senior Consultant within its Global Employer Services (GES) team. The role involves processing project data, conducting advanced tax research and advising clients, while mentoring and leading junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Process data related to project execution assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Conduct advanced tax research to issue expert opinions, provide advice and deliver client services as instructed by the team leader
• Collect data from clients and resolve basic client administrative issues
• Communicate with client representatives
• Contribute to the training of junior colleagues and lead teams of juniors under the team leader's instructions
• Perform other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor

Required profile

• Higher professional degree in economics or law
• At least 2 years of experience in tax advisory roles
• Fluent written and spoken English, including advanced professional communication
• Quick adaptation to a dynamic environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Advanced knowledge of key tax advisory areas
