Consultant – Partnership Associate Training Academy Development

About the role

The Strongim Bisnis program seeks an experienced consultant to design and deliver a curriculum for its new Partnership Associate Training Academy, supporting young professionals in private‑sector development across the Solomon Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a practical curriculum covering the full partnership development process, from partner identification to intervention design and implementation.
• Create training materials, case studies, templates, and an SOP that detail steps, responsibilities, documentation, decision points and timelines.
• Facilitate the first Academy cohort, provide coaching during practical exercises, and mentor trainees post‑training.
• Deliver at least two follow‑up mentorship meetings within a year of the initial training.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in private‑sector development, market‑systems or business development.
• Proven ability to design curricula, training packages and practical tools for capacity‑building programmes.
• Experience working with partnership models, due‑diligence, and commercial viability assessments.

Required skills

• Curriculum design and instructional material development.
• Knowledge of partnership development processes, business analysis and risk assessment.
