Commercial Director / Head of Sales – AI Beauty Tech

About the role

Eclixi, an AI technology company based in Ljubljana, is looking for a Commercial Director / Head of Sales to become the primary revenue engine for its high‑growth Beauty Tech and Aesthetic SaaS platforms. Reporting directly to the CEO and supported by the COO, you will own the full sales cycle and drive monthly recurring revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle B2B sales for Divamea.com’s AI diagnostic engine and Academy.divamea.com’s clinical e‑learning platform.
• Design, implement and manage the sales stack (Pipedrive, HubSpot) to track pipeline, velocity and conversion.
• Develop and execute outbound prospecting, cold‑outreach and LinkedIn campaigns to secure high‑intent meetings.
• Write commercial playbooks and build target lists for cosmetics brands, e‑commerce platforms, aesthetic clinics and medical practitioners.
• Leverage strategic partner leads from Allure Beauty to convert into long‑term SaaS contracts.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of proven B2B tech or SaaS sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Commercially aggressive, target‑driven, highly autonomous and resilient.
• Fluent in Slovenian (native) and English; Italian strongly preferred.
