Chief Operating Officer (COO) & General Manager – AI Beauty Tech

About the role

Eclixi, an AI technology company in Ljubljana, seeks a dynamic Chief Operating Officer / General Manager to act as the CEO’s right‑hand and drive commercial growth of its AI‑powered beauty tech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead B2B sales efforts for the Divamea.com AI diagnostic engine and the Academy.divamea.com e‑learning platform.
• Oversee daily operations of Eclixi d.o.o., implementing efficient toolstacks such as CRM and automated pipelines.
• Manage strategic partnerships with clinical networks, especially Allure Beauty, to expand joint business development.
• Serve as the local point of contact for legal, accounting, GDPR/SaaS compliance, and corporate administration in Slovenia.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS/tech operations, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Highly autonomous, hands‑on, commercially aggressive mindset with an owner‑like attitude.
• Fluent in Slovenian and English; strong Italian is a plus.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, SaaS models, and the beauty‑tech/aesthetics industry.
