Client Solutions Manager - Pinterest

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing team as a Client Solutions Manager focused on Pinterest. You will act as a strategic partner for advertisers, overseeing campaign performance from onboarding through growth and delivering data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand relationships with existing business clients.
• Assist onboarding of new strategic clients and guide campaign setup and activation.
• Own end‑to‑end performance of Pinterest advertising campaigns.
• Conduct account audits, analyse performance data and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
• Offer strategic guidance based on analytics, market trends and business objectives.
• Identify upselling and upscaling opportunities.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert in search and performance advertising.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and proactive insights.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and implement preventative solutions.
• Contribute to scalable account‑management processes and operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, operations and performance teams.
• Maintain continuous product and industry knowledge.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in digital advertising, client success or performance marketing.
• Experience managing and optimising Pinterest campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with tracking and attribution methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct campaign audits and drive optimisation strategies.
• Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities and supporting revenue expansion.
• Experience working with advertising agencies is highly preferred.
• Exposure to B2B marketing strategies is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of online advertising, analytics and digital performance metrics.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple cross‑functional projects.
• Strong communication skills in English.
