B2B Junior Account Executive

About the role

Join Arrive’s growing B2B sales team in Ljubljana and help expand the adoption of our EasyPark solution among existing and prospective business customers. You will own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals, while delivering excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell B2B solutions, negotiate terms and prepare proposals.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Plan and execute daily call activities to meet KPI targets.
• Maintain accurate, high‑quality data in the CRM system.
• Take responsibility for agreements and ensure successful closure.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience (B2B experience is a plus).
• Target‑oriented mindset with a drive to exceed results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in Slovene and English.
