Associate Supply Chain Performance Manager

About the role

The Associate Supply Chain Performance Manager will be responsible for global inventory and KPI reporting, establishing robust inventory management processes, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the supply chain. The role works closely with planning, product, and analytics teams to ensure transparency, risk insight, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global reporting of inventory levels and supply‑chain KPIs.
• Lead monthly inventory‑management cycles in collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
• Prepare and align consolidated Latest Outlooks, providing trend analysis, risk identification, and opportunity insights.
• Partner with E2E Planning and Global Product Leads to ensure alignment of inventory projections and system parameters.
• Create dashboards and regular analytical reviews using data‑analytics tools.
• Assess short‑ and long‑term impacts of supply‑chain planning changes on inventory.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPI performance against targets.
• Conduct annual goal‑setting, periodic performance reviews, and root‑cause analyses (RCA) at monthly, quarterly, and yearly levels.
• Produce monthly and weekly reports for management forums and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in supply chain, pharmacy, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply‑chain operations, data analysis, pharmacy or a related area.
• Proficiency in both Slovenian and English.
• Familiarity with modern digital, technological and AI‑supported tools and systems.
• Willingness to sign a one‑year fixed‑term contract.
