Logistic Coordinator

About the role

Stolt Tank Containers is seeking experienced Logistic Coordinators for its rapidly growing Ljubljana hub. You will be central to the Operations team, deepening your logistics expertise while supporting bulk‑liquid distribution via tank containers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate inland export/import activities to ensure efficient loading and delivery.
• Track shipments and manage order processing with accuracy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation list data and communicate promptly with transport coordinators.
• Communicate clearly with the EMEA Operations department and other internal teams.
• Act as the point of contact for customers and suppliers when transportation issues arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate customer‑facing roles within logistics or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, economics, business administration or a similar discipline.
• Ability to handle complex situations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and preferably French.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to set priorities and meet goals.
