About the role
As an Artwork Change Coordinator you will support manufacturing sites in managing and executing printed‑artwork projects. Based in Ljubljana, you will ensure that packaging artwork complies with legislation, internal standards and business objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end printed‑artwork process from request to approved specification.
- Coordinate artwork change projects (textual, technical, sales) according to internal standards, timelines and market requirements.
- Prioritise and schedule artwork delivery to manufacturing sites to meet production needs.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), legislation and internal regulations, and manage change control.
- Communicate and align with global suppliers and site stakeholders.
- Identify risks, deviations and bottlenecks and proactively implement corrective solutions.
- Report deviations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement continuous process improvements for operational excellence and productivity.
Required profile
- Higher education degree in a natural‑science, technical, economic or related social‑science field.
- Proficient knowledge of English.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
Required skills
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance knowledge.
