Tehnik II (m/ž/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Technician II to join our new aseptic production unit in Ljubljana. The role involves preparing, executing and controlling the manufacturing process in line with legislation, internal regulations, good manufacturing practices and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute production processes according to the production plan, GMP requirements and safety/environmental guidelines.
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant documentation of all production activities.
• Prepare, clean, sterilise and maintain equipment, rooms and work areas following 5S principles.
• Perform sampling, in‑process controls and environmental monitoring to guarantee product quality.
• Monitor equipment performance, resolve minor technical issues and support maintenance, servicing and qualification activities.
• Execute production tasks in ERP, LIMS and other digital tools while maintaining data traceability.
• Participate in investigations of deviations, OOS/OOE events and implement CAPA measures.
• Coordinate shift activities, mentor new hires and promote knowledge transfer.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety and health, preparing for audits and inspections.
• Contribute to operational‑excellence projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Secondary education in chemical, mechanical, technical, pharmaceutical or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work in multiple shifts.
• Self‑initiative, motivation, flexibility, precision and responsibility.
• Positive attitude toward teamwork.
