Continuous Improvement Manager – Adriatic Region

About the role

Butan plin d.o.o., a leading LPG distributor in the Adriatic region, is seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Manager to drive its transformation journey across Slovenia and Croatia. Based in Ljubljana, you will lead improvement initiatives, develop performance systems and build a culture of operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Continuous Improvement strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability and operational excellence.
• Identify, prioritize and lead cross‑functional improvement and transformation projects.
• Manage the Continuous Improvement project portfolio and ensure delivery of measurable business benefits.
• Drive digitalisation, process automation and data‑driven decision‑making initiatives.
• Analyse business processes and lead initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting systems across all functions.
• Implement and promote Lean Management, Kaizen, A3 Problem Solving and other improvement methodologies.
• Facilitate change‑management activities and support adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Build Continuous Improvement capabilities through coaching, training and internal networking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
