Digital Designer for Websites & Marketing

About the role

The Designer will create high‑impact visual work for Digitalist’s clients across websites, e‑commerce stores and paid marketing channels. Working closely with Account Managers, developers and specialists, you will translate conversion goals into design concepts that drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design website and WooCommerce store layouts, landing pages and checkout flows using Figma.
• Prepare developer‑ready files with responsive states, components and typography rules.
• Create on‑brand ad creatives for Facebook and Google, including static and motion‑lite variants.
• Design email marketing campaigns, content‑marketing graphics and social media assets.
• Interpret data from heatmaps, analytics and test results to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and clients, presenting ideas verbally and visually.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a designer in an agency setting with a strong portfolio covering web, e‑commerce and marketing creative.
• Ability to work quickly under urgent requests while maintaining high accountability and professionalism.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time‑management skills.

• Motion or short‑form video editing
• Slack, project‑management and time‑tracking tools, Google Workspace
