Creative Production Manager

About the role

Celtra is looking for a Creative Production Manager to join our Ljubljana office. You will work closely with Customer Success and internal teams to support high‑touch clients, ensuring their creative assets are produced, reviewed, and deployed efficiently on and off our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creative‑service clients, handling queries and concerns.
• Project‑manage the design and deployment of digital ad creatives for campaign execution.
• Scope production projects, secure resources, and align activities with customers’ business cases.
• Provide consultative guidance on best practices using the Celtra platform.
• Conduct client check‑ins, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Handle account revenue and billing reconciliation for service purchases.

Required profile

• 3+ years of client‑facing creative production or project‑management experience in an agency or software environment.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaign execution across global time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• BA/BS degree preferred but not mandatory if experience is sufficient.
• Proactive, independent thinker who can create new processes and initiatives.
