Student Support Associate (Ljubljana)

About the role

Wolt is looking for enthusiastic students to join its Customer Support team in Ljubljana. You will work in a fast‑growing environment, helping users and partner restaurants enjoy a seamless experience with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality assistance to users and partners via chat, email and phone.
• Collaborate with a diverse support team and other internal departments to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Maintain clear, friendly communication while adapting tone to each customer’s needs.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve the support experience.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets while ensuring accuracy.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Slovene and English.
• Previous experience in a similar customer‑service role is a plus.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Motivated to work in a rapidly expanding startup environment.
