Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python/Java/React)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the Application team of our partner company. You will build and maintain high-performance web applications while ensuring secure back-end systems and intuitive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack, delivering high-performance, pixel-perfect web applications.
• Develop and optimize the main application and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing systems.
• Implement high-fidelity UI/UX from Figma designs, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, another developer and QA to ensure smooth integration and high code quality.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure back-end logic and infrastructure.
• Maintain and update the company’s marketing website built on WordPress.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience with a balanced focus on frontend and backend.
• Strong expertise in React; experience with Next.js is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Java, capable of handling complex, sensitive architectures.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI using Figma.
• Practical experience maintaining and customizing WordPress sites.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a growth mindset, with the ability to adopt AI tools for productivity.
