Global Digital Product Owner

About the role

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a Global Digital Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of digital applications that improve decision‑making and productivity across its Taste business unit. The role sits within the Intelligence & Digital Transformation team and operates in an agile, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, set deliverables and define milestones for digital solutions.
• Standardize and enhance user experience across new and existing projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather and analyse business requirements through documentation, interviews and workshops.
• Lead validation and testing to ensure applications meet user expectations.
• Prepare and execute communication plans to support deployment and adoption.
• Monitor application performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and IT developers to manage priorities and mitigate risks.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of digital innovation.
• Ensure compliance with IFF’s digital standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience, preferably in the food‑and‑beverage ingredient or flavor industry.
• Degree in Computer Science, Food Science, Chemistry or a related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
