Video Creative Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Video Creative Producer to craft high‑performing static and video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You will turn creative ideas into engaging ad concepts, work closely with our Growth Hacker, and help shape the visual voice of a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑performing video ads for Meta, from concept to final cut.
• Research competitors, trends and winning ads to inspire new creative angles.
• Work with raw footage, stock assets and AI‑generated content.
• Edit videos with strong hooks, subtitles, graphics and motion that capture attention within the first seconds.
• Leverage AI tools for video editing, voice‑overs and motion graphics to accelerate production.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to continuously improve creative performance.
• Iterate quickly on winning creatives and test new variations.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to work independently from clear briefs and deliver fast iterations.
• Strong attention to detail and a bias toward speed over perfection.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Ljubljana city‑centre office.
