Territory Sales Manager – Slovenia

About the role

VWR, a leading provider of scientific solutions, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Slovenia. You will be responsible for building sustainable, profitable relationships with customers across the country and guiding them from opportunity identification to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and create key‑account strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Slovenian (C1/C2).
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a complex, consultative environment.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth.
• Experience in scientific distribution or a laboratory/research setting is a plus.
