Tenant Relations Associate

About the role

A real-estate portfolio company focused on corporate real estate provides workspaces designed to be accessible, interconnected and inspiring for professionals. It is looking for a Tenant Relations Associate, a full-time, on-site role based in Ljubljana. The position builds relationships with tenants and acts as their main point of contact for inquiries, feedback and day-to-day support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate with the facility and maintenance teams.
• Assist with operational tasks and provide support to management.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and daily support for tenants.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, property management or a related field involving direct client interaction.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including managing multiple requests, prioritizing tasks and following them through to resolution.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Ljubljana.
• Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English are beneficial; prior experience in a modern workspace or commercial real estate environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build respectful, professional relationships.
• Comfort with basic office software and digital tools for tracking requests, documenting interactions and preparing simple reports.
