Real Estate Agent (Nepremičninski posrednik)

About the role

Mesto nepremičnin is a real estate agency offering professional, personalised service for buying, selling, renting and leasing properties. It is looking for a Nepremičninski posrednik (real estate agent) for a full-time hybrid position in Ljubljana, with the possibility of working from home. Each client chooses their own agent, who works closely with them throughout the process, including documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and listing properties, and carrying out property viewings
• Advising clients on buying, selling, renting and leasing options and tailoring solutions to their needs
• Preparing and reviewing related documentation and keeping accurate records of all interactions and transactions
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as legal and financial advisors when needed
• Monitoring market trends, updating property databases and preparing basic marketing materials for listings
• Ensuring all activities comply with legal and ethical standards

Required profile

• Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and explain real estate options clearly
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including presenting properties, handling objections and closing deals professionally
• Organizational skills for managing contracts, records and regulatory compliance
• Market awareness of Ljubljana and surrounding areas, including pricing and demand
• Integrity, ethical conduct, confidentiality and a client-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid setting
• Proficiency in Slovenian; additional languages such as English are an advantage
• Relevant real estate experience is an advantage; a Slovenian real estate agent licence is preferred
