Technical Service Support – Part‑time Early Career Program

About the role

This 2‑year part‑time program is designed for final‑year university students to gain hands‑on experience in technical service support for Roche Diagnostics. You will split your time between classroom studies and practical work in laboratory and field environments.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow senior field service engineers on at least five preventive maintenance visits.
• Manage logistics and spare‑parts inventory for diagnostic equipment.
• Perform maintenance checks, log actions in ServiceMAX and use remote diagnostics via the ThingWorx Platform.
• Achieve certification on the cobas e411 system and other Roche standards.

Required profile

• Final‑year student at a Slovenian university in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical/biomedical field.
• Eligible to work 20 hours per week under a valid Student Service contract.
• Fluent in Slovenian and English, highly curious and technically minded.
