Technical Product Specialist - Spanish Market

About the role

Are you tech‑savvy, love solving problems and enjoy working with people? MESI is looking for a Technical Product Specialist for the Spanish market to become the go‑to person for technical and product‑related questions from customers and sales teams. You will work in an international MedTech environment, turning technical issues into clear solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting via email and phone to end users.
• Manage returns, warranty replacements and repairs, ensuring proper documentation.
• Support and guide Sales teams on technical and product topics.
• Conduct technical trainings and knowledge‑sharing sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Build and maintain technical and product knowledge databases.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and other cross‑functional teams.
• Take ownership of additional technical projects and tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong technical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in technical or product support; med‑tech experience is a plus.
• Systematic, analytical approach to troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of technical support and service processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
• Customer‑oriented, solution‑focused attitude.
• Proactive, independent and hands‑on work style.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
