Team Lead of Video Editors

About the role

MeetMinded is looking for a Team Lead of Video Editors to create high‑performing static and video ads for Meta platforms. Based in Ljubljana, you will work on‑site with a fast‑moving growth team, turning creative ideas into ads that convert.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑performing video ads for Facebook and Instagram.
• Transform creative briefs into engaging ad concepts from start to finish.
• Research competitors, trends, and winning ads for inspiration.
• Develop new concepts and test fresh creative angles.
• Work with raw footage, stock assets, and AI‑generated content.
• Edit videos with strong hooks, subtitles, graphics, and motion to capture attention within seconds.
• Leverage AI tools for video editing, voice‑overs, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to continuously improve performance.
• Iterate quickly on winning creatives and test new variations.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to work fast and iterate; speed beats perfectionism.
• Independent work style with minimal hand‑holding.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from the Ljubljana office.
