Creative Video Editor for AI-driven Short-Term Rental Platform

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for a talented Video Editor to bring its AI operating system for short‑term rental companies to life. You will transform raw footage, product recordings and founder interviews into launch films, social content and paid ads that capture attention and drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films, combining storytelling, product demos and strong visual direction.
• Create founder‑led content from interviews, talking‑head footage and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn with compelling hooks and purposeful pacing.
• Build paid‑ad creative with variations in openings, messaging and calls‑to‑action.
• Enhance videos with screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography and clear visual explanations.
• Own post‑production including footage selection, colour grading, sound design, music, captions and final exports.
• Leverage AI tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs) to generate supporting visuals, voice‑overs and other assets.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft and visual taste.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, with motion‑design skills in After Effects or equivalent.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and shape emotion through music, silence and pacing.
• Comfortable using AI creative tools as part of the workflow.
• Independent, deadline‑driven and receptive to direct feedback.
