Strategic Account Manager – Key Accounts

About the role

Novartis is seeking two Strategic Account Managers to join its Slovenian team. In this role you will accelerate patient access to innovative therapies and enhance the overall patient experience for priority brands and upcoming launches.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen long‑term partnerships with key healthcare institutions and stakeholders.
• Design, implement and monitor tailored engagement plans that drive business objectives and positive patient outcomes.
• Identify and act on opportunities to optimise the patient journey and improve access to innovative treatments.
• Lead professional‑audience activities through face‑to‑face meetings and digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute multi‑channel stakeholder engagement programmes.
• Utilise market insights, customer data and competitive analyses to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and key customer needs.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Proven experience in building strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
