Specialist Field Application Engineer for FPGA & High-End

About the role

The Specialist Field Application Engineer will provide tailored application support for Future Electronics' FPGA and high‑end product portfolio, helping customers design and implement solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke application assistance to customers, focusing on FPGA and high‑end components.
• Position product proposals, design solutions, and capture customer applications in the CRM platform.
• Adopt a systems‑solution approach when promoting products and solutions.
• Drive design‑win conversion for major opportunities in the region.
• Provide direct technical support to key accounts.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Slovenian.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum five years of design experience in the field or with an electronics company.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• FPGA design and application.
• MPU and embedded solution experience.
• Embedded Linux (preferred but optional).
