Software Developer - Mid / Senior

About the role

Celtra builds software that lets brands create and deliver digital creative at scale, serving advertisers, media and agencies. It is looking for a mid- to senior-level software developer who will execute complex projects, prepare technical specifications and drive features through a full product cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex projects and perform detailed code work as needed
• Prepare clear and concise technical specifications for complex features
• Drive a feature independently through its full product cycle
• Optimize architecture for maintainability and composability
• Delegate and supervise smaller tasks

Required profile

• At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position, programming and following modern software development processes
• Interest in AI/ML (models, agents...) and in exploring new technologies
• Proactive, analytical, good communicator, team player with a product mindset

Required skills

• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML; Vue.js, React or Angular
• Backend: PHP, Golang, Scala, Node.js, MySQL, Spark, Snowflake, MongoDB, Kinesis
• Cloud and DevOps: AWS, ECS, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
