About the role

KONE is looking for a Service Technician for elevators in Ljubljana. You will ensure reliable operation of elevators and deliver a high‑quality user experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular servicing, inspections and repairs of elevators.
• Quickly and efficiently resolve breakdowns and intervene on site.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with a professional, proactive approach.
• Manage your own spare‑parts inventory and ensure tools, equipment and company vehicle are in optimal condition.
• Report work accurately and identify new business opportunities.
• Guarantee safe work practices and comply with all safety standards.

Required profile

• IV, V or VI level technical education (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, etc.).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Active knowledge of the Slovenian language.
• Responsibility, independence, precision and strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
