About the role

KONE is looking for a dedicated Service Technician to ensure reliable operation of elevators across Slovenia. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality service and maintaining the company’s reputation for safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections and repairs on elevators.
• Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and efficiently (interventions).
• Maintain customer satisfaction through a professional and proactive approach.
• Manage your own inventory of spare parts and ensure tools, equipment and company vehicle are in optimal condition.
• Accurately report completed work and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with all safety standards.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (IV, V or VI level) in electrical, mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar technical service role.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Fluent Slovenian language.
• Responsible, independent, precise and strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented and ready to collaborate.
