Elevator Service Technician

About the role

KONE is looking for a dedicated Elevator Service Technician to ensure reliable operation of elevators across Slovenia. You will provide high‑quality maintenance, rapid fault resolution, and a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular service, inspections and repairs of elevators.
• Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and efficiently (interventions).
• Maintain customer satisfaction through a proactive and professional approach.
• Manage your own spare‑parts inventory.
• Keep tools, equipment and the company vehicle in optimal condition.
• Report work accurately and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with all safety standards.

Required profile

• IV, V or VI level technical education (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator or similar technical service.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• Active knowledge of the Slovenian language.
• Responsible, independent, precise and customer‑oriented.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
