Service Salesperson – Scania Vehicles

About the role

Scania is looking for a Service Salesperson in Maribor. The role is about listening to customers' needs and recommending services that keep their vehicles on the road. It is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers.
• Advise customers and prepare offers for Scania services, including maintenance and repair contracts, drivetrain insurance, driver training and fleet management services.
• Present solutions, agree on commercial terms and close deals.
• Work closely with the workshop, sales, Scania Finance and other teams.
• Monitor results and support long-term customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in active B2B sales.
• Commercial understanding of customer businesses.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Active knowledge of English and at least one of Croatian, Serbian or Bosnian.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, focused on results.
• A proactive, independent approach and an interest in working with customers.
