Senior Veeva RIM Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Sii is looking for a Senior Veeva Consultant with extensive experience in Veeva Vault and Regulated Information Management (RIM). You will manage system changes and validation documentation in a GxP-regulated environment, working remotely with business stakeholders and Digital QA teams to ensure compliance with governance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage configuration and validation documentation for system changes in RIM
• Carry out impact assessments and change analysis to ensure compliance with GxP regulations
• Gather requirements and align with stakeholders to design scalable system solutions
• Oversee system changes end to end, from solution design through implementation and validation
• Work with Digital QA and Digital Enablement teams to turn requirements into effective system solutions
• Stay familiar with Veeva General Releases and handle release impact assessments
• Drive tasks independently while following governance and quality standards, and ensure validated systems remain compliant

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in system analysis or consulting within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience with Veeva RIM
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations and experience in a GxP-regulated environment
• Fluent English
• Nice to have: experience with Jira Xray for digital validation, and familiarity with Veeva Quality and Veeva General Releases
