Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Embedded)

About the role

Cast AI, a SaaS automation platform for Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Embedded) to help its People team hire for Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing roles. This is an embedded, contract-based engagement with an open-ended length tied to hiring needs, and you will work remotely from anywhere in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers in Tech and Go-to-Market functions to understand needs and turn them into recruiting strategies.
• Manage recruitment end to end, from job briefing to offer stage.
• Sourcing candidates across EMEA, AMER and APAC using various techniques and tools, including AI-powered recruitment solutions.
• Coach hiring teams on best practices, structured interviewing and candidate experience.
• Help build scalable hiring processes and stay ahead of industry trends.

Required profile

• Based in Europe, with 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech start-up.
• Track record hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) across EMEA, AMER and APAC.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift.
• Commitment to diverse and inclusive hiring, and strong written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or similar.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including AI tools for sourcing, screening and candidate engagement.
• Stakeholder management and the ability to push back and influence.
