Senior Software Engineer – SSP Team

About the role

Teads is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its high‑scale SSP Video team. You will help build and operate the core platform that serves billions of video ad impressions across web, mobile, and Connected TV.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship features for a platform handling 2.2 billion users per month and millions of real‑time auction predictions.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to research, prototype, and deploy experiments.
• Maintain platform stability, performance, and scalability by handling production incidents and driving architectural improvements.
• Integrate with major DSPs via OpenRTB, manage the internal auction, and apply ML models to optimise bid quality.
• Support the CTV Instream flow, extending video ad delivery to connected TVs, mobile, and desktop.

Required profile

• Proven experience building large‑scale, low‑latency systems in a high‑traffic environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an international, fast‑changing team.
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure and real‑time data processing.
