Senior Product Owner – Security Tools & Developer Platforms

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategic vision and backlog prioritization for internal security tools, developer portals, and platform artifacts within a large‑scale enterprise security program. You will shape user stories across multiple engineering workstreams, improve developer experience for ASPM and AI‑SDLC scanning products, and translate executive security mandates into actionable Agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools, developer portals, and platform artifacts.
• Define and prioritize user stories and epics across multiple engineering workstreams.
• Drive developer experience improvements for ASPM ingestion and AI‑SDLC scanning solutions.
• Bridge executive security mandates with Agile delivery pods.
• Lead the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization.
• Ensure built solutions reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical product management or product ownership experience, preferably with internal developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps products.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, Application Security (AppSec), and Cloud Security or Cloud Architecture.
• Proven ability to drive product strategy from inception to adoption autonomously.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and cross‑functional leadership without day‑to‑day direction.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
