Senior Operator – Assembly

About the role

As a Senior Operator in the Assembly area, you will work on a high‑mix production line, ensuring that components are assembled accurately and efficiently. You will follow technical drawings and work instructions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform multiple assembly operations on the production line.
• Read and follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Maintain equipment through daily TPM and 5S activities.
• Manage material flow to keep the line fully supplied.
• Support colleagues and act as a substitute when needed.
• Inspect parts and assemblies according to defined criteria.
• Detect and resolve irregularities in tools, machines, or wear parts.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at reducing process losses.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or team leader.

Required profile

• Lower vocational education (2‑year program).
• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in a production environment.
• Basic English proficiency (A1 level).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Understanding of relevant manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to work well in a team, independently and proactively.
• High motivation and commitment to quality.
