Senior Key Account Manager – Automotive & EMS

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth in the Automotive and EMS sectors for SG Automotive d.o.o. (SGA). The role focuses on transforming existing customer relationships into strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence as we evolve from a PCBA manufacturer to a systems integrator.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers and industrial companies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to RFQ, nomination and series‑production contracts.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships that align with SGA’s transition to a systems integrator.
• Act as a market ambassador to reposition SGA in the Automotive and EMS markets.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven B2B project‑sales track record in Automotive, EMS or Mechatronics.
• Strong, active network of decision‑makers in OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers and industrial firms.
• Experience managing complex, long‑term sales cycles.
• Fluent business English; German is a strong advantage.
• Based in Slovenia.
